Job Title: Packhouse Line Leaders
Reporting to: Packhouse Coordinators
Contract: Seasonal (April-September)

Main Duties:

• Completing all necessary checks as per company procedures.
• Effectively running of one production line.
• Ensuring all produce is packed accurately in punnets, crates, and pallets to customer specification.
• Ensuring all packed produce meets labels and packaging requirements.
• Ensuring all lines are cleaned regularly and closed properly at the end of each shift.
• Completing relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensuring all line personnel adhere to food hygiene and H&S policies and procedures.
• Motivate and monitor team performance.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Fully participate in the development and achievement of the Production Departmental Vision.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience within a packhouse or similar environment
• Be able to work individually and in a team
• Able to work shifts and in different TSBC sites if required.
• Able to work under pressure with a calm and professional manner.
• Computer literate
• Proactive and happy to share ideas
• Experience operating Proseal GT2’s
• Good understanding how to operate the printer and metal detection system
• Understanding of Pack Star.
