Executive team

When he joined the team in September 2020, David brought a long experience in Finance and Operations in the global fresh produce industry. David has a MBA from IE Business School and a BA degree in Management, and is fluent in four languages: English, Spanish, French and German. In his free time, David enjoys winter sports.

Bartosz has a long history with TSBC. He joined the business in May 2006, first working in Husbandry and Harvest and later working in multiple roles including Irrigation Assistant, Spray Operator, Team Leader, and Farm Manager.

After enrolling in various management and leadership trainings and workshops, Bartosz was appointed Business Manager in 2016, and group Production Director in February 2020. He is now in charge of all fruit production and post-harvest operations in the UK farms. He speaks English and Polish fluently and is a happy father of three children.

Daniel has a BSc in Agriculture Engineering and a Masters’ Degree in the same field of studies. He has worked in the fresh produce sector since his graduation, first as a consultant, then as a technical manager. Today he oversees all farm operations in Portugal.

Daniel is a proficient speaker of English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and has been in TSBC since November 2015. Daniel lives close to the sea and enjoys cycling and fishing in his spare time.

Over Jack’s extensive Fresh Produce career, he has worked in various Commercial roles, managing multiple categories, including Apples & Pears, Grapes, Stone Fruit, Tomatoes & more.
His experience has allowed him to build strong relationships with grower & retail partners around the world. These relationships are the principal driver of Jack’s passion for this industry.
Jack is a speaker of English and Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys rugby, travelling, cooking & eating with friends and family.

Helen leads our People & Culture, Communications and Health, Safety & Welfare teams and brings around 20 years’ experience from a wide range of companies across sectors such as broadcasting & telecoms. Helen is a graduate with her first degree from Brunel University and post-graduate studies being completed at UCL and Oxford University Business School.

Helen lives in Southsea with her husband, three children & two dogs and enjoys sailing, hiking, cooking & eating with family & friends.

Joe has a BSc degree in Soil Science from the California Polytechnic University, and more than two decades of experience in the farm sector - from sales manager and nursery operations manager, to R&D Director in the berry industry. Joe joined the TSBC team in September 2022 and speaks English and Spanish.

Richard has worked as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in the food and beverage sector for over 20 years. He trained as a Chartered Tax Advisor in the mergers and acquisitions tax department of Deloitte and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Richard has a BSc in Geography from the University of Liverpool and joined TSBC in August 2022. In his free time, Richard enjoys running, swimming and watching his sons play sports - especially football.
