Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee that all waste is separated accordingly
• Ensure that the product meets food safety, integrity, legality and quality requirements
• Guarantee that all team knows and carry their work according to Health and Safety Risk Assessment including PPE use
• Ensure that the product is picked according to the requirements
• Guarantee that all pickers comply with hygiene requirements
• Incident report
• Lead a team up to 50 people

Key Requirements

• Good organizational skills
• Portuguese or English Speaker
• Must share our core values of service, quality, integrity and innovation

Qualifications

• Experience with MS office
• Previous experience in soft fruit harvest
• Detail driven
