Job Title: Quality Assurance
Reporting to: Product Quality Assurance Manager
Contract: All year round, weekly salaried contract
Salary: Weekly salary, to be confirmed on application

Main Duties:

• Checking and recording quality of the raw material product.
• Ensuring all the products are labelled correctly.
• Ensuring that correct version of specifications and documents is used.
• Monitor packing line standards and report any issues relating to quality, foreign body risks, packaging defects or labelling errors
• Making sure that all equipment used is maintained in a good state and calibrated in correct intervals.
• Support taste panels, shelf-life assessments and product checks where applicable
• Communicate effectively with Product Quality Assurance Manager, Production, Line Leaders and other departments regarding quality concerns and improvements
• Ensuring checks are completed in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferably within the soft fruit experience
• Flexibility on working hours
• Basic level of English
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work both individually & in a team
