Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Reporting to: Quality Manager

Main Responsabilities:

. Support the Fruit Quality Manager, ensuring high quality standards and an extended shelf life of the product, making sure specifications of each market are fulfilled;

. Communication with other departments regarding fruit quality and improvements;

. Deliver quality control KPIs;

. Ensure QC reports/records are done daily and oversee quality of the product;

. Ensure that all trials are going on according to the established protocol;

. Ensures investigation, corrective actions and trend analysis of quality complaints and give quality improvement inputs;

. Ensure that the product meets food safety, integrity, legality and quality requirements and report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out-of-specification product equipment, packaging or raw materials;

Main Requirements

. Experience on quality control (1 year minimum)

. Training on HACCP; BRC is a plus

. Good level of English (oral and written)

. Experience with MS Office; Packstar is a plus

. Good time management and organizational skills

. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
