Job Title: Operations Manager
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Purpose of role: To create a positive culture in the operations area, ensuring that all tasks are executed within the established deadlines, complying with company policies and standards, as well as the established budget.

Main Duties
Manage and support Tractor Drivers, Machinery and Maintenance departments;
Organise national and international transport of plants (in/out of the Farm);
Manage and plan operational tasks along with Growing/Production needs;
Responsible for equipment certification;
Manage Budget and CAPEX for Maintenance and Ops. areas;
Responsible for field restructures / upgrades;
Develop and monitor KPIs for the areas of this responsibility;
Plan, coordinate and execute new projects, ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements;
Contribute to improvements in the HSC Management System;
Represent TSBC brand and communicate TSBC values.

Skills & Experiences:
Previous Agriculture operations experience (preferential);
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
Strong skills in budget development and oversight;
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control.
