Job Title: Harvest Coordinator
Reporting to: Harvest Manager
Contract: Permanent
Purpose of Role: Manage and lead the resources allocated to harvest department, ensuring compliance with all imposed procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for coordinating the harvest team (approx. 300 workers), ensuring high quality standards in accordance with customer’s specifications and an extended shelf life of the product;
· Organization of logistics and resources to ensure the smooth running of harvest;
· Responsible for managing the harvest team’s targets;
· Deliver KPI’s in line with targets;
· Ensure investigation, corrective actions and trend analysis of quality complaints, and give quality improvement inputs;
· Participate actively in HSC management system improvements and act as a safety agent, according to the competences required;
· Communication with other departments and/or external stakeholders regarding quality problems, harvest intervals etc.

Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor´s Degree in Agronomy , Management or similar (preferential);
· Previous experience (preferential);
· Previous experience in team management;
· Good English skills;
· Ability to work in multicultural teams.
