Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of Commercial Operations
Contract: Permanent

The Commercial Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers by managing demand planning, stock, logistics, and day‑to‑day operational execution.

Main Duties:

  • Sales Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
  • Customer Service & Order Management
  • Stock Management
  • Supplier & Procurement Coordination
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Compliance & Sustainability

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in an FMCG/Retail environment/Food environment, Customer supply and chain operations.
  • Experience working in operational end to end supply chain.
  • Process driven mindset with evidence of implementing process improvement.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer stays at the heart of our business.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across multiple departments, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivating with an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
  • Problem solver, analytical thinker.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Clean UK/EU Driving Licence
  • Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company, which will include rota’s weekend work
