Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of Commercial Operations
Contract: Permanent
Salary: To be confirmed on application
The Commercial Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers by managing demand planning, stock, logistics, and day‑to‑day operational execution.
Main Duties:
- Sales Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
- Customer Service & Order Management
- Stock Management
- Supplier & Procurement Coordination
- Logistics Coordination
- Compliance & Sustainability
Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry experience in an FMCG/Retail environment/Food environment, Customer supply and chain operations.
- Experience working in operational end to end supply chain.
- Process driven mindset with evidence of implementing process improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer stays at the heart of our business.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across multiple departments, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivating with an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
- Problem solver, analytical thinker.
- Strong skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Clean UK/EU Driving Licence
- Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company, which will include rota’s weekend work
