Purpose of Role: Provide commercial and operational support to the business by managing customer relationships, coordinating crop allocation and sales plans, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver against commercial targets and customer commitments.
Reports to: Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring all commitments are met and satisfaction levels remain high
- Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communication
- Support forecasting and strategic planning for crop allocation and sales
- Align crop and sales plans through close liaison with the grower and planning teams
- Handle daily communications with customers and negotiate weekly pricing
- Analyse performance (budget vs forecast) and share insights on market dynamics
- Manage volume allocation and respond quickly to changes to secure the best results
- Collaborate across departments (growing, technical, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery
- Support the senior Commercial team with reporting, tenders, and strategic development
Requirements
- Good level of English and Portuguese
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in commercial area is a plus

- High School
