Purpose of Role: Provide commercial and operational support to the business by managing customer relationships, coordinating crop allocation and sales plans, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver against commercial targets and customer commitments.
Reports to: Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer accounts, ensuring all commitments are met and satisfaction levels remain high
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communication
  • Support forecasting and strategic planning for crop allocation and sales
  • Align crop and sales plans through close liaison with the grower and planning teams
  • Handle daily communications with customers and negotiate weekly pricing
  • Analyse performance (budget vs forecast) and share insights on market dynamics
  • Manage volume allocation and respond quickly to changes to secure the best results
  • Collaborate across departments (growing, technical, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Support the senior Commercial team with reporting, tenders, and strategic development

Requirements

  • Good level of English and Portuguese
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in commercial area is a plus

Qualifications

  • High School
