Job Title: Camp Warden
Reporting to: Accommodation Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: To be confirmed on application

Main Duties:

  • Undertake regular inspection of all accommodation and facilities to ensure continued standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Carry out scheduled and non-scheduled repairs and maintenance to accommodation (Caravans and Cottages), grounds and equipment where necessary to a high standard.
  • Respond quickly to defects or malfunctions on property/equipment.
  • Actively listen and deal with complaints/issues as soon as practicable and then communicate updates to all relevant parties.
  • Assist with accident and illness response including transporting staff to hospitals and surgeries.
  • Appropriate use of the Body Worn Video Camera reporting any concerns to the Accommodation Manager.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations as given in company Risk Assessments.
  • Ensure that all personnel living in the accommodation are safe and understand how to prevent accidents to themselves, other employees, and the general public.
  • Take responsibility for personal development.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Flexibility on working hours
  • Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Make sound business judgements and be able to influence others
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Possess a good level of English (Written/Verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Email, Teams and Excel
  • Possess clean driving licence (cat B)
