We’re proud to share that The Summer Berry Company has been recognised at the 2025 Engage Awards, winning the Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement category for the implementation of the Just Good Work app.

The primary goal of this initiative was to introduce a digital solution completely tailored to our business and workers’ needs — providing a better, more ethical, and time-efficient experience for our seasonal workers, particularly during the onboarding process.

The Just Good Work app allows our people to easily access information about recruitment, travel, and work expectations, helping ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth transition into life and work at TSBC.

The Engage Awards judges praised our project, stating:
