Job title: Tractor Driver
Department: Operations
Report to: Operations Supervisor
Purpose: Operate different agricultural and industrial machines, ensuring production quality and compliance with all established standards and rules.

Main duties:

• Execute the maintenance of the fields (tunnels structure and interior, roads, etc);
• Make and apply sprays, in accordance with internal procedures and safety rules;
• Loading and unloading plants, raw material and supplies;
• Distribute and collect plants in the fields;
• Ensure the cleaning of the fields and surrounding areas;
• Guarantee equipment maintenance and report uncomformities;
• Plants schredding and transport;
• Execute necessary works regarding projects (e.g. opening ditchings, load and unload materials, etc.);
• When necessary, ensure the transport people between farms;
• Can fulfil other tasks within the company’s activities/business, not previously specified, whenever they are considered necessary to achieve the objectives of the team or the company.

Requirements:

• License: Machinery for Agricultural and Forestry Machines
• Training: Operate Tractor Safely
• Driving License

• Good Communication skills (Portuguese or English)
