Job Title: Agronomist
Reporting to: Head of Agronomy
Purpose of role: Support the management of the production area, ensuring the optimization of all resources, and support the associated growers, complying with company and customers policies and standards.

Main Duties
•Support TSBC’s associated producers in raspberry cultivation, providing technical advice on best production practices;
•Plan and manage irrigation and fertilization, ensuring resource efficiency and maximizing productivity;
•Monitor pests and diseases, implementing preventive and corrective measures to ensure crop health;
•Support the planning and coordination of the daily activities of field teams, promoting operational efficiency;
•Research and apply the best techniques and innovations in agricultural production, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Skills & Experiences:
•Degree or master’s degree in Agronomy, Agronomic Engineering or similar;
•Previous experience in growing soft fruits;
•Fluent in Portuguese and English;
•Strong communication and analytical skills;
•Ability to work in multicultural teams.
