Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager
Reporting to: Head of Commercial Operations

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations in FMCG.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Experience with short shelf-life or fresh/chilled food supply chains preferred.
• Strong background in forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
• Process driven mindset with evidence of implementing process improvement.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer stays at the heart of our business.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across multiple departments, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivating with an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
• Problem solver, analytical thinker.
• Strong skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Clean UK/EU Driving Licence
• Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company, which will include rota’d weekend work
