Job Title: Camp Warden
Reporting to: Accommodation Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: To be confirmed on application
Main Duties:
- Undertake regular inspection of all accommodation and facilities to ensure continued standards of safety and hygiene.
- Carry out scheduled and non-scheduled repairs and maintenance to accommodation (Caravans and Cottages), grounds and equipment where necessary to a high standard.
- Respond quickly to defects or malfunctions on property/equipment.
- Actively listen and deal with complaints/issues as soon as practicable and then communicate updates to all relevant parties.
- Assist with accident and illness response including transporting staff to hospitals and surgeries.
- Appropriate use of the Body Worn Video Camera reporting any concerns to the Accommodation Manager.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations as given in company Risk Assessments.
- Ensure that all personnel living in the accommodation are safe and understand how to prevent accidents to themselves, other employees, and the general public.
- Take responsibility for personal development.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Flexibility on working hours
- Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills
- Make sound business judgements and be able to influence others
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Possess a good level of English (Written/Verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Email, Teams and Excel
- Possess clean driving licence (cat B)
