Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor
Location: Odemira, Portugal
Reports to: Head of Farming Operations

Key Responsibilities
•  Coordinate and oversee daily operations and the accommodation team
• Ensure the overall functioning of the campus, including arrivals, departures, maintenance, inspections, and utilities management
• Carry out regular inspections of housing and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Manage check-in and check-out processes, in close collaboration with the People & Culture team
• Maintain clear and timely communication with campus residents
• Supervise water treatment systems (ETA and ETAR) and monitor correct water usage
• Oversee the maintenance of green areas and waste management processes
• Supervise laundry operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage the campus vehicle fleet and control stock levels
• Contact emergency services when required, following company procedures
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the team and company goals

• Fluent communication in Portuguese and English
• General knowledge of maintenance tasks

• Assertive communication style
• Dynamic and proactive approach
• Valid driving licence
