We are made of people, for people.
With over 500 year-round employees, and more than 1,500 seasonal workers, our teams are made of people from more than 20 nationalities, working in the UK and Portugal.

To promote inclusivity and the wellbeing of all, we develop initiatives and programmes that foster inclusivity and tolerance. To encourage this, we celebrate special occasions, taking into consideration the different cultural backgrounds of all.
We provide accommodation for many of our colleagues, alongside recreational facilities and access to transport for leisure activities.
We have temporary housing available for employees. All accommodation is fully equipped and with WiFi.
In Portugal, we have a canteen that serves over 700 meals a day and it is open from early morning to late evening.
We organise daily shuttles to the city centre, local supermarkets, health centres and other points of interest in the local areas.
We have English and Portuguese lessons for foreign workers, and hold training in various areas throughout the year.
We provide sports and leisure activities, and our farms have gyms, a football pitch, a volleyball court and a basketball court.
We celebrate our accomplishments together and take the opportunity to show our appreciation for all colleagues. We also celebrate key national and religious festivals.
