Key Account Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Contract: Permanent

          Main Duties:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create partnerships with our customers to deliver profitable sales and category growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to provide tailored solutions.
  • Become a trusted insights partner with our key customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms of business with key accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure all departments are working together to add value to, and benefit from, our customer relationships.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activity, and market insights to senior management.

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert salesperson who can comfortably lead across high-priority accounts and develop relationships with customers.
  • A strong track record of effectively managing Key Accounts.
  • Strong experience in management of budgets as well as
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively in order to visit suppliers worldwide.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Clean UK/EU Driving Licence.
  • Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company.
