Key Account Manager
Job Title: Key Account Manager
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Contract: Permanent
Main Duties:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create partnerships with our customers to deliver profitable sales and category growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to provide tailored solutions.
- Become a trusted insights partner with our key customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms of business with key accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure all departments are working together to add value to, and benefit from, our customer relationships.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activity, and market insights to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications: - Expert salesperson who can comfortably lead across high-priority accounts and develop relationships with customers.
- A strong track record of effectively managing Key Accounts.
- Strong experience in management of budgets as well as
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively in order to visit suppliers worldwide.
- Advanced IT skills.
- Clean UK/EU Driving Licence.
- Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company.
