Job Title: Group & UK Finance Manager
Reporting to: Group Financial Controller
Contract: Permanent

Main Duties:

• Monthly UK and Group consolidated management accounts reporting whilst ensuring that the annual statutory accounts and audit process is delivered on time for all UK companies, including Group consolidation
• Annual statutory accounts, audit and tax.
• Responsibility for the UK budget and forecasting, including for setting up working files for profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow for the UK and Group reporting, as well as working with stakeholders to update non-labour overheads and costs below EBITDA and key balance sheet accounts, including capex.
• Produce weekly Group cashflow file to calculate weekly headroom and highlight risks, producing the UK weekly forecast and consolidating Portugal weekly forecasts
• Provide support and direction to Purchase Ledger Administrator on weekly supplier payment run
• Business Central reporting using Power BI capability for month-end reporting
• Banking and accounting for Morocco and South Africa expansion initiatives UK and Group insurance
• Ad hoc queries, including for bank and Board.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant Finance qualification – CA, ACCA or equivalent
• Successful track record in a Finance role within business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or equivalent finance system
• Experience of working in FMCG/Food/Agriculture is preferred
• A collaborative working ethos
• Good verbal and written skills
• Excellent analytical skills, with ability to present data in an organised and concise manner
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong IT skills, including MS Excel
• Line Management
