Job Title: Compliance Manager

Purpose: Ensuring compliance with all legal and strategic aspects inherent to the business, as well as updating, creating and implementing the necessary policies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assessing and monitoring environmental impact;
  • Ensure compliance with audit, product specifications and customer standards throughout the supply chain (including agriculture);
  • Support the different departments in terms of legal and/or internal requirements, ensuring the identification of non-conformities, the consequent follow-up of corrective measures and the definition of preventive measures;
  • Manage and coordinate internal audits and inspections, as well as all external audits;
  • Coordinating the company’s Integrated Management System;
  • Ensure environmental management, as well as the company’s relations with national environmental services;
  • Lead the HACCP team, ensuring the management of the Food Safety System and the Quality Management System;
  • Communication with external organizations.

 

Skills & Experiences

  • Good English skills;
  • Previous experience;
  • CCP – Trainer;
  • ISO 14001 e EMAS;
  • 25-hour HACCP training programme;
  • BRC training;
  • Conflict management;
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams;
  • Capacity for critical analysis;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Target and Goal Oriented;
  • Ability to manage stress.
